The Problem
The 2000-2010 Ford F350, F450 & F550 Cab and Chassis trucks are equipped with an after-axle 40 gallon fuel tank. These OEM tanks have a failure prone coating inside the tank. Once the coating becomes unstable inside the tank, the laminate peals off and gets picked up into the fuel system. If not addressed, the contaminants can ruin the entire fuel system on the truck.
The Solution
S&B Tanks are made out of Crosslink Polyethelene. This material will not delamilate and is the SOLUTION to further delamination and are great way to protect your trucks fuel system.
Important Note: The nozzle at high-flow fuel stations (truck stops) will not be able to fill automatically. Skid plates and straps are NOT included. These parts are reused.

This is a direct replacement to the OEM 40 gallon tank. This and your current OEM tank are the same size and shape. This poly tank resolves the problem of the OEM steel tank delaminating. This tank does NOT fit 1999 trucks.
