The Full Travel Ford Super Duty Airbag Kit is an innovative design that delivers the perfect balance of ride quality, suspension articulation, and seamless airbag engagement for 2017 and newer Ford Super Duty trucks. Unlike other kits that force compromises, this kit features a removable billet spacer, enabling instant airbag engagement when needed and unrestricted wheel travel when not.
100% engineered and fabricated in the USA to be compatible with or without Ford OEM and B&W gooseneck/5th wheel bracketry. With the Spacer Puck removed, this kit will allow for full compression and droop travel of the leaf springs! Install the Spacer prior to pressurizing the airbags and off you go. Tools are not required due the spring loaded latch design. Whether on the road or off, this system is a performance, ride preserving must for your Superduty.
This is the only level-height airbag kit available that supports full suspension travel with Carli Leaf Packs while maintaining complete towing functionality.

- For stock leaf variants, the upper overloads and spacer are removed without affecting towing capacity, thanks to the airbags.
Important Notes:
- Requires 7.5 inches of frame-to-tire clearance. Measure before purchasing, as this clearance may be an issue on dually trucks with larger aftermarket tires.
If you are employing a Deaver (Carli) full progressive spring pack, u-bolts are not provided in the kit. You must use the semi-round u-bolts that are supplied with the springs.
For DRW (dually) applications you must have a minimum clearance of 7.5" from the tire to the chassis face.
B&W model # compatibility: 1123 (gooseneck) , 2406 (5th wheel)
Use of this kit will negate the proper function of Ford's "Onboard Scales/Smart Hitch" option (most commonly found on higher trim models). Contact us for clarification/solution.
