The 6.0” Triple Threat System by Pure Performance for the 2003 - 2013 Ram 2500 4x4 Truck is the “best bang for the buck” performance 6.0” long arm system for Ram HD’s! To start things off, we supply you with a high quality progressive rate front coil springs designed to improve handling, provide excellent ride quality, and flat out perform off-road. The Pure Performance heavy duty adjustable long arm package is the strongest on the market. The long arm mounts are fully integrated into the chassis and the 4 link geometry performs well in all conditions. The control arms themselves are designed to take all the twisting of the front axle with our rebuild-able Prodigy Joints at the axle connections and provide awesome vibration isolation with our custom PTMEG bushings at the frame connections.

The supplied track bar drop bracket, heavy duty adjustable track bar and cross brace assembly when combined with our optional steering system or drop pitman arm provides you with the best steering geometry possible! To complete the front end components, a nice set of Adjustable, Serviceable, Rebuildable Front Pro Sway Bar Links are supplied. A custom set of mini spring packs are supplied with a small fabricated block and U bolts to complete the lift in the rear. The mini packs provide a nice highway ride and improved off-road performance! The 6.0” Triple Threat System by Pure Performance is hard to beat for an all purpose rig. Shock Notes:

It is recommended that high quality shocks be used with all Pure Performance Suspension Systems. The Pure Performance 2.0 or 2 5/8 Prodigy Aluminum Shocks are perfectly tuned for the application. Bilstein 5100’s are also a nice, cost effective choice.

The Pure Performance Prodigy Shocks are tuned with 17" and 18" wheels. Larger diameter wheels will result in a stiffer ride due to the shorter/stiffer tire sidewall and heavier wheel package.

Notes about the Mini Pack:

There are several ways to raise the back of your vehicle. A lift block is the most economic way. A high end, full leaf spring pack is nice, but is pricey and may not meet the needs of the average truck owner who wants to be able to haul loads as well as play off-road. There is also a standard add a leaf which goes someplace in the OEM leaf spring pack to aid in re-arching the OEM springs, provide some extra load capacity, but will slowly sag out over time! Thus, the mini-pack was born. A properly designed mini-pack works in conjunction with the OEM leaf spring to return the leaf spring to a perfect leaf spring model of what is known as a “constant stress beam”. A mini spring pack such our the custom Pure Performance Pack provides some lift simply because you are adding some leafs to the bottom of the pack, and the mini pack also properly aids in helping the OEM leaf spring carry loads! But the big thing that it does, is that it properly aids the OEM pack for its intended purpose in such a manor that improves the overall quality of the spring and performance without the harsh adverse effects of a heavy over load spring. Thus, improving ride quality, improving spring life, and improving off-road performance.
