2023+ 3.5" Ford Super Duty Radius Arm Drop Brackets
The 2023+ Super Duty introduced some new challenges, specifically pertaining to caster. The steering assist and Ford’s 1° – 3.6° allowable caster range seems to work alright for those equipped with stock, relatively low-mileage Super Duties but, once a lift or oversized tire enters the equation, the handling at this low caster specification leaves us wanting.
Carli Suspension radius arm drops for 2023+ Ford Super Duty are essential for achieving proper caster with a leveling kit on the 2023+ Super Duty. Designed to endure the toughest off-road conditions, these drops are significantly stronger and offer more frame tie-ins than typical low-cost radius arm drops. Proudly made in the USA, they are among the highest quality radius arm drops available for a Ford Super Duty.
In 2023, Ford introduced significant changes to the Super Duty's front suspension, followed by a key modification to the axle dust cover in 2024. This change to the axle dust cover prevents the use of caster shims to adjust caster by more than 1 degree. In response, Carli redesigned their radius arm drop to meet their high standards. When paired with a Carli leveling coil, this drop allows for an accurate 2.8-3 degrees of caster with the stock shim. Combined with the adjustable caster capability of Carli radius arms, you can achieve around 6 degrees of caster while still using the stock shims.
Built out of 1/4" steel plate that has been laser cut, CNC bent, and meticulously MIG welded. These brackets will stand up to the harshest of environments including off-road.
