Carli Ford Rear Fabricated Shock Mounts
When Carli decided it was time to put King 3.0's on the Super Duty platform it was quite clear that something had to be done with the rear shock mounts. The design of the factory mount didn't allow clearance for a shock bigger than 2.5" plus it was a single stud that wouldn't hold up to the beating that it would get from a system like the Dominator.
These new heavy duty rear shock mounts replace the factory mounts on the frame and were developed for the use of 3" shocks like used in the Ford Dominator 3.0 System. These are quite a bit stronger and mounts the shock in a double shear configuration which is better than the stud style that Ford uses.
