Firestone Ride-Rite Air Bags 17-24 F250/F350 2WD and Carli Leaf equipped 4WD
Although these were designed for the 2wd trucks, when combined with the Daystar Air Bag Cradles they work great with the Carli Leveling leafs. Since the Carli/Deaver full replacement leveling leafs eliminate the OEM lift blocks many other air bag kits won't work then. This 2WD bag kit mounts the lower brackets to the top of the leafs themselves elimnating the block issue. Using the cradles helps make up for the ride height difference as well as allows full droop travel without damagain the air bag. Since the Carli leafs shift the axle forward a bit you'll need to drill a few new holes to center the cradles under the air bags.

Firestone's most popular air spring line is here to help you haul with confidence in your Ford. Firestone Ride-Rite air springs help enhance your pickup truck's stability, ride quality, brake effectiveness, and safe load-carrying capacity.
How do Ride-Rite springs work? Ford Firestone Ride-Rite air springs, also called Ride-Rite air springs, install between your pickup truck's frame and suspension. They rely on a set of convoluted air springs that can be individually tweaked to accommodate uneven loads. After your pickup truck's air springs are properly adjusted, they work to smooth out your ride by absorbing road shock and decreasing interleaf friction. It'll feel like the road is a cushion of air. In addition to ride comfort, Ride-Rite air helper springs work to improve your overall safety on the road. They help level the vehicle to support steering and braking responsiveness, reduce tire wear, and level headlight beams.
Firestone air springs can also help save other Ford parts from premature wear and lackluster performance. Ride-Rite air springs stop leaf springs from irreversible sagging under constant load and lessen your chances of bottoming out by softening frame-axle interaction.
Your Ford Firestone Ride-Rite kit comes with everything you need for quick installation, including air springs, hardware, brackets, air line, and valves for manual inflation. Most customers complete their installation in under two hours. Additional Ford air accessories, like controls and air tanks, can be purchased separately.
Why choose Firestone air springs for your Ford? Firestone built the first pneumatic suspension device in the 1930s and has since grown into a leading manufacturer of commercial air springs worldwide.
